We are in town visiting Pagosa and were recommended to eat at City Hall. Our friends have a place here and they talk about the Chicken Piccata, although we didn't get to try it this time. The drinks were good, the setting was awesome as the snow started falling, the food was yummy, but the service was even better. Rebecca took care of us and she was great. I had the steak special with mashed potatoes and green beans with almonds. The steak was cooked well, the potatoes were great, but the green beans were amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank you Rebecca for the great service. I will add, it wasn't just Rebecca, it was the whole staff. Everyone was helping each other, they were all kind and welcoming to us.

Peggy, our server, was fantastic! The patty melt w/fries and chicken salad on rye with bacon & avocado with pasta salad was delicious. The breeze was beautiful, on a hot day, throughout the meal. I highly recommend!

The name of this place is pretty inadequate. This place is better than just a cafe. It's an absolute gem. We always come here when we come to town. We had the eggplant tower as an appetizer. We had the Cajun trio and the twin sole stuffed with crab and scallops, topped with shrimp. As usual, everything was incredible. It always seems to be better than we remembered. We look forward to coming back next time!

My wife and I arrived for an early dinner on a Friday afternoon around 4:45pm. We were seated in the main dining room. Additional seating is offered in a heated outdoor seating area. Our service staff greeted us immediately and we were on to our drinks and an appetizer of crab cakes within minutes. We ordered the main courses of two 4 oz filets with shrimp scampi and the lamb lolly pops. Both came with our choice of salad or soup. We chose the garden salad. The meal was well coordinated so all courses were finished before the next one arrived. The entrees were delicious, and the portions were generous. We opted to order desserts to go. We have dined at City Hall many times over the last few years and the food is consistently excellent as is the service. This establishment is on our short list for a night out and when entertaining guests from out of town. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

The price seems to be quite steep for a cafe, but my guess is due to limited dining options in the small town of Pagosas Spring. The dinner menu was by far not the most extensive, but I admit that I had a difficult time deciding what to eat, because the choices were equally appealing. In the end, I ordered one of the items on Chef's special, that was trout stuffed with crab meat and shrimp. Great attention was also given to the zucchini too. All entrees came with your choice of salad or soup. The buns and butter were the perfect way to warm up for the dish of the night.

Pasta Aioli was fantastic! Get it with blackened chicken. They don't have much of a kids' menu, but there are some options. Solid wine list, plenty of beer options, and good cocktails.

An absolutely delightful dining experience. From the moment we walked in the door to leaving, we felt very welcome. The food was great. The drink selections were great. The dessert was great. You definitely have to check this place out if you’re in the area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall just great experience and I plan on stopping in again next time I’m in town!
